Kaselel is an informal way to say "Hello" in the State of Pohnpei in the Federated States of Micronesia. I am Angela (she/her/hers) and welcome! I am a Micronesian-American mental health therapist (click on the "About Me" tab for additional info). Saying hello (or kaselel) is an important way to acknowledge another person and provide recognition. It is one's way of blessing another for the day.
